Named after the Luton Hoo Hotel’s most renowned and glamorous former owner, Sir Julius Wernher, The Wernher Restaurant is located in the original State Dining Room and also encompasses the Grinling Gibbons room at Luton Hoo Hotel. Executive Head Chef, Kevin Clark, mirrors this grand and opulent setting in his menu, revealing culinary flair through the combination of adventurous dishes and traditional British classics. The kitchen staff are focused on using the best of British produce to create excellent dishes with a contemporary twist. The restaurant has a strong relationship with local suppliers and emphasises farm-to-table traceability in the menu. The Wernher Restaurant also offers a three-course extended Sunday lunch from 13:00 to 21:00.
