Situated in Manchester’s Trafford Centre, Zizzi Italian restaurant features a stunning, unique decor highlighted by artwork from young illustrator Matthew Kavan Brooks. Inspired by Manchester’s roots as a centre of the cotton trade, with the Manchester Ship Canal as a focal point in his work, Matthew has created original art inspired by the local history, and linked it to Zizzi’s love for classic Italian cooking.
