Bistrot Mavrommatis is a new restaurant in the business district of La Madelaine in Paris. It is part of the Mavrommatis empire, this Greek family already have 3 other very good restaurants in the French capital. The chef is from Grenada and the influences can be seen and tasted in the food. There is a great tapas menu from the tapas bar in the downstairs area. The restaurant has a calmer atmosphere for proper sit down meals. The décor is immaculate and pristine, functional but pleasant. The menu has dishes from all over the Mediterranean from Greek moussaka to Spanish, Italian and Cypriot dishes.
