The Brasserie Schiller + Goethe Bar is in the centre of Zurich. You will find it in the historic NZZ building - between the Stadelhofen railway station and the opera house. The Brasserie has a cosmopolitan feel and serves modern French haute cuisine. The menu includes foie gras, fillet of beef with herbs and traditional mousse au chocolat for dessert. There are special promotions to mark the beginning of winter, for example. Fondue and soup days add culinary variety. The modern design of the Brasserie and its adjoining bar contrast well with the architecture of the buildings. The bar serves choice wines and dainty little delicacies.
