The CAMPUS restaurant in the ATLANTIC Hotel Universum, situated directly in the green belt of Bremen, serves modern crossover cuisine. With influences from Asian, Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine, the CAMPUS menu makes for a really interesting read whilst you sit back and enjoy the outstanding view over Universum. Four times a year the culinary offering is recreated from scratch in accordance with the season. And last, but not least, the kitchen staff continually come up with interesting and surprising lunch time and daily chef’s specials.
