The exceptional gourmet restaurant, Stüvas Rosatsch, which has 14 Gaut Millau points, confidently produces Engadin specialties, and the finest creations from head chef, Michael Zelger. Alongside homemade pasta you will find delicacies on the menu, such as, cassoulet made from river trout with new potatoes and Alp-herb-mousse, stewed and baked bacon rinds with truffle-potato puree and grated fennel, or mango tortes with passion fruit sorbet and raspberry mousse. The sun terrace situated directly on the river bank is unique. This is where you can enjoy the delicacies with a heavenly panoramic view of the Upper Engadine mountains. Children are able to amuse themselves in the small play area next to the terrace.
