With a decor inspired by the style of typical Japanese restaurants and conveniently set in Midtown Manhattan, close to Chelsea Pier, Daioh Sushi offers an authentic Japanese restaurant experience. The menu features a variety of seafood and meat options, in addition to the sushi bar and a range of Sake readily available. Intimately lit by hanging lanterns, Daioh takes great care in preparing all of its dishes, particularly the excellent and well-rolled sushi, and uses the highest quality ingredients. Start with a Seaweed Salad or simple Edamame to whet your appetite before moving on to the light Gyoza option, Pork Dumplings served fried or steamed, or steamed Shumai Dumplings, with some exotic flavours of ice cream for dessert.
