Brick walls, a thatched roof and lots of greenery - that is the Sylt in Hamburg in one, otherwise known as the Dorfkrug Volksdorf at Hamburg’s museum village which bears the same name. The restaurant, which is in an old farmhouse dating back more than 200 years, serves a selection of contemporary dishes combining German and international recipes. You will be treated to tapas and a sumptuous selection of meat, fish and poultry and snacks. There is also an excellent choice of wine to complement your meal.
