The French Connection Bistro specialises in authentic French cuisine with classic dishes from South West France, Basque Country, Burgundy and the Mediterranean. Fresh ingredients are sourced locally with specialised items brought in from France from regular buying trips. All main courses include side dishes that are often charged as extras elsewhere and there is plenty of choice for vegetarians and for customers with gluten intolerance. There are fixed price menus available at lunch times in addition to a light lunch selection, and a fixed price Menu Rouge mid week in the evenings. A full A la Carte menu is also available with chef’’s specials on the blackboard.
