The “Casala” is a gourmet restaurant. It is one of the best restaurants on the Bodensee and has a ranking of 15 in the top 50 hotel restaurants in Baden-Württemberg. The owner has decorated the restaurant with a lot of attention to detail and with Mediterranean flair. The restaurant serves light, innovative, Mediterranean haute cuisine. The chef Markus Philippi’s aim is to combine wholesome natural flavours with stylish Mediterranean influences to produce a selection of subtle new dishes. The head pastry cook Alexandra Lang who is a real stickler for perfection is responsible for the desserts. The sommelier and restaurant manager Jens Leutelt will ensure you order the right wine from the restaurant’s selection of 300 different wines from Germany and abroad.
