Modern European Restaurant

The Bahnhof is a sophisticated hotel-restaurant in Zollikofen in the Swiss canton of Berne. The restaurant can seat 160 people - in the “Gaststube” and “Saal”. It serves modern European dishes such as cream of pumpkin soup, beef carpaccio and king prawns. The Bahnhof also caters for vegetarians and pizza lovers. The restaurant offers various set menus and promotional weeks offering seasonal dishes, such as Bahnhof-Pfännli-Hits (Bahnhof pan favourites) and Chäs isch Trumpf (a type of cheese dish). The Gaststube is brightly lit and has a cosy décor. The sitting areas have a country-style look and are partitioned into separate areas by wooden beams. The Bahnhof has a large glass window front through which you can look out onto the summery terrace where customers can have their meat dishes barbecued when the weather is fine. The hotel restaurant also has a bar and three bowling alleys.
