Ibiza 41 is located opposite the famous Retiro Park in Madrid. It is a large restaurant of more than 400 m2 spread over two floors with three different areas. The design and décor are cool modern, attracting a fashionable crowd. The restaurant, inspired by the French brasseries of the early 20th century, offers Madrileño and international cuisine, although there are plenty of French specialities, such as snails à la bourguignon or chargrilled beef from the renowned Madrid butcher Luis de Blas.
