Come enjoy a classic French fine dining experience like no other at Madison Bistro. The comfortably upscale dining area is bustling yet intimate, and customers are delighted by Chef Godard’s inspired French fare.

The chef and owner of Madison Bistro, Claude Godard is a member of the prestigious Maitre Cuisiniers de France society and as such, he focuses on the dishes of his native France, with particular emphasis on the specialties of Burgundy. The interior, renovated by Godard’s wife, artist Veronique Coutant-Godard, calls to mind a quaint Parisian bistro. Meanwhile, the menu manages the perfect balance between traditional brasserie cuisine of Charcuterie and Foie Gras, and Burgundy comfort food which includes pinot noir-braised short ribs and beef tenderloin pot-au-feu. With around 10 years of experience working with some famous French chefs, let Chef Godard share his passion for haute cuisine with you.
