Madu Restaurant is located in Norway’s first design hotel, Grims Grenka, and the prestigious premises are dark and exciting with original touches of tinted glass, running water and fire. We service Nordic Cuisine: The concept is a modern version of the Scandinavian kitchen where old and new methods are combined in the preparation of the seasons proper, preferably organic, local produce. Several fish- and shellfish dishes, but also lamb and elk. Great rooftop terrace with fantastic city views, comfortable seating areas and a bar with large selection of drinks.
