Swedish Restaurant

Moored off the island of Riddarholmen in the historic heart of Stockholm lies the hotel and restaurant MÃ¤lardrottningen. The boat dates from as far back as 1924 and has been visited down the years by statesmen, royalty and movie stars. A visit is well recommended to savour first class food and a fantastic view over the waters of central Stockholm, the city hall and old town. Choose between dishes such as: poached fillet of local pike perch with smoked eel and mussel; crispy roast breast of duck with roast root vegetables and potato baked in puff pastry. During the summer months, you can sit on the afterdeck with a glass of wine or try some of the dishes from the excellent buffet.
