Mario Neideck would like to offer his customers the quality which he would expect if he were the customer - and that is modern, international cuisine, fresh from the market and cooked à la minute. The Neideck has a very charming and cheerful way of seeing to the wellbeing of each individual customer. This successful mix is what makes this bistro restaurant special, along with the ambiance, which is casual chic but warm and inviting nonetheless. The menu, which changes every week, offers everything from courgette-coated goat cheese on avocado salad, to Barberie duck breast on market vegetables, to three kinds of crème brûlée. The wine list has bottles from Europe and the new world. The restaurant keeps adding to the list with special offers and there is a bottle to complement any meal. In fine weather you can dine on the terrace in the courtyard.
