The new Quaglino’s comes complete with not one but two bars, the original, iconic balcony bar and a new show-stopping circular bar, right at the heart of the restaurant, with outstanding views of the live entertainment that takes place from Tuesday to Saturday every week. Both bars serve a variety of innovative drinks, including house-made ingredients and showcasing new techniques, but also includes tastes of the past, referencing Quaglino’s rich 1930s heritage with a focus on classic and champagne cocktails.
