The Belleza is in a prominent location on a sunny plateau in the Swiss mountains near Ftan. According to the Großer Restaurant & Hotel Guide (The Big Restaurant and Hotel Guide), the chef Boris Benecke was the rising star of 2008. Herr Benecke serves delicious French-inspired gourmet cuisine. The cuisine is stylish, innovative, light and full of flavour. It boasts 18 points in the Gault Millau and 2 Michelin stars. The so-called light style cuisine offers a range of culinary treats with as little as 300 calories. The Belleza is a very traditional hotel which has been recently refurbished. It can seat 60 diners. At 1650 metres above sea level it offers diners and visitors an impressive view of the Lischana mountain range. The restaurant is open in the evenings from Wednesday to Sunday.
