| Locally Sourced Restaurant The River Nile flows slowly and leisurely through Africa, but could it make it as far as Hamburg? No, not quite! But the Restaurant Nil is one of the patrons of the Slow Food movement, specialising in taking time to enjoy culinary delights. The menu is geared around regional produce sourced from organic farms in and around Hamburg and neighbouring regions, used to create exciting dishes with imaginative and creative flair. There is a 4-course menu available that changes every month and Das Abendbrot menu is a Sunday special. This menu is for parties of 4 and can be pre-ordered. The Nil entertains its guests over 3 levels and an outdoor dining area offers extra space in the summer. If you fancy trying out this tasty organic cuisine cooked in the spirit of the Slow Food movement, why not sign up for a cookery course at the Nil?
