Served from 11:30 to 16:00, Monday to Saturday.

Brunch:
Served from 10:30 to 16:00 on Sunday.

Sunset Menu:
Served daily from 16:00 to 17:00.

Dinner:
Served from 17:00 to 22:00 on Sunday and Monday, until 23:00 Tuesday to Thursday, and until 24:00 on Friday and Saturday.

Dinner service in the Jazz Room starts at 18:00, seven nights a week.

Primehouse New York delivers a twist on conventional steakhouse fare in both its menu and modern design elements.

Executive Chef Brian O’Donohoe is redefining the American steakhouse with a mix of classic offerings including the finest USDA prime beef, dry aged on the premises in the restaurant’s custom-built Himalayan rock salt-tiled aging room. There is also a delicious seafood selection. In addition, New York Magazine awarded Primehouse the “Best Filet Mignon” in the city.
