Rue du Pont Nouveau is a playful translation of Nybrogatan and you’ll find them at number 38!
Pont Nouveau is owned and operated by Mattias Ljungberg (Pastry chef of the year 2006 and a member of the Swedish Culinary Team).
As you enter the restaurant you will be greeted by a shop full of colorful macarons and sweets. In the evenings it will be changed into a small, cozy wine bar.
The menu in the dining room is well thought out and changes with the seasons!
And on weekends they serve a brunch buffet including sweets from the big sister TÃ¶sse bakery.
