The menu is divided into hot and cold starters, soups, salads, meats, fish, couscous and dessert, all with their Arabic names and clear explanations. There are three tasting menus (Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar) featuring a wide variety of options. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the restaurant offers diners a chance to enjoy an Arabic dancing show.
