The Tara Irish pub is the largest modern Irish pub in Amsterdam. The menu includes many British specialities, but certainly also plenty of international dishes. The pub is located at a stone’s throw from the Dam and the Rembrantplein. The Tara Irish pub broadcasts all English and Irish sports, including darts, snooker, football and rugby. Gaelic Football and Hurley are also broadcast here for the true enthusiasts. The pub is generally home to various different artists too, who do a great job of livening up the place with their music. The building which houses the pub used to be the house of the well known artist Max Beckman.
