Ventorrillo del Chato occupies a unique spot on the front line of the beach of the Bay of Cádiz. The building was originally an old house from 1780, full of history, which has been renovated and converted into a restaurant. The food is deeply rooted in Andalusian gastronomic traditions with influences from other cultures and regions. Great emphasis is placed on ingredients and the restaurant proudly sources its produce from the market every day. The wine list contains more than 200 wines, mostly from Spain and Cádiz. The menu has something for everyone, although the restaurant specialises in shellfish and seafood, rice dishes and meat.
