The Stadt Hamburg is a refurbished and redesigned hotel-restaurant in the Hanseatic town of Wismar, which is on Mecklenburg’s Baltic coast. The restaurant, which has a country-style feel, offers diners culinary diversity. Pictures and dockers’ tools, coffee, chocolate and spices give the restaurant a cosy feel. The hotel-restaurant comprises a bar, a wine bar, a terrace and a 14th century beer cellar which is available for private functions. In the wine bar diners are served delicacies from Mecklenburg, Mediterranean tapas, seasonal dishes and unusual wines from the wine cellar. From Tuesday to Friday the restaurant offers various buffets and menus and a business lunch with a main course that varies. The bar serves cocktails and drinks, and on the terrace you can have coffee and cakes and enjoy a picturesque view of Northern Germany’s largest market place.
